Refund policy
We have a 10 day Return Policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return request beyond this period cannot be processed.
All discounted, sale and clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for a refund, exchange nor store credit.
Items must be returned at the customer’s expense and meet the following conditions:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
All returned products require a Return Authorization Number
Returns received without this number will be discarded and not be credited.
The easiest way to request an RMA number is by emailing us at info@boutiquesiwa.com to request an RMA number.
Please include your order number, name and the item number you are returning.
Items must be shipped within 10 days from the date an RMA Number and shipping instructions were provided by Boutique SIWA.
IMPORTANT: Products returned without an RMA number will be discarded and will not be credited. We will not be responsible or attempt locating any package arrived without an RMA.

Cancelled Orders
Orders canceled after the item has shipped are subject to all standard return policies.
You must accept delivery, obtain an RMA Number and send the item(s) back to the correct address.
If delivery of an item is refused, all shipping costs are deducted from the issued credit and a 25% restocking fee (minimum $25) will apply. Second-Day, Next-Day and any other special shipping costs will not be credited if delivery is refused.
Credits
Once your return is received, Boutique SIWA will issue a credit to the method of payment used for the purchase. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your credit to be issued.
If your item is defective or was damaged during shipping, please use the Return Authorization Request (RMA) or email us ASAP at info@boutiquesiwa.com You must provide photos and any other supporting information to make your claim, within the first 24 hours after the delivery.
If you fail to report to Boutique Siwa within this time window, we will not be able to accept your claim and arrange for the item to be replaced promptly.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Missing or Lost Shipments
If the tracking information indicates that the update on a product package has halted for more than 30 days during delivery, please contact us to issue a full refund.
If the order tracking number you received is invalid and you cannot obtain any shipping status updates for the relevant product, please promptly contact us to acquire the correct tracking information from the carrier.
Should the package ultimately be confirmed as lost or seriously delayed, it will be addressed as outlined above.
Incorrect Address or Unclaimed Packages
If the customer provides an incorrect address or contact information, the shipment may end up unclaimed or undelivered. Under such circumstances, Boutique SIWA is unable to process requests for refunds or reshipments.
Boutique SIWA ships orders strictly according to the address and recipient details provided at the time of order placement.
